Timely Appointments
Time is of the essence when you are in pain or break a tooth so we offer prompt emergency care too. We are always a phone call away. Your time is important to us and we will make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Emergencies are always seen as soon as possible.

Changing An Appointment
At Madison Smile Solutions we try to carefully set up appointments to accommodate your schedule. If your needs change, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice within the business week. Your time is reserved for you and cancellations with less notice will be charged a missed appointment fee.

If we are unavailable to take your call, please feel free to leave a detailed message letting us know how we may help you. Providing details such as the times and days you are available for an appointment will help us quickly serve your needs.

After we make an appointment for your first visit, we can either send you registration materials so that you can complete them prior to your visit. Or, better yet, you can fill out the forms on your own by printing them off our website.

Making Decisions and Time to Talk
When your treatment is a bit more complex, we schedule a comprehensive exam to review the diagnosis and the recommended treatment phases. Comprehensive exams are often covered by dental insurance. We also encourage you to visit the links on this site to learn more about various treatments and the equipment we use.

We also offer no-charge consultations to discuss questions you have about treatment options or any dental concerns you have. Feel free to call us at 608-271-0961 to set up a no-charge consultation to talk about your needs.

Know What to Expect
Prior to completing treatment, we can provide you with a written treatment plan to outline the treatment, the amount of time for each appointment, and the costs of each phase. Should we notice something in your dental health that requires a consultation, we may schedule more time to talk with you about your options. If you are interested, we can go over a variety of financing options.
