I recently had an infected molar in the back of my mouth that required a root canal. In addition I needed a bridge, which was previously in the plan, but I had procrastinated on.

You suggested sedation due to my bad gag reflex, the location, and the amount of time to do the work. It was an excellent choice for work that I would have had a lot of anxiety with.

Your manner and personality have made me feel more comfortable than I have with any previous Dentist.

From the time I got into the door, I felt very welcome, and appriciated. The receptionist introduced herself, and was very cheerful. Lyndsey, the hygenist was incredible. I liked everything about how she did her job. You could tell she enjoys what she is doing. She explained everything she was doing, and provided plenty of knowledgable information about the tools she was using, the products, and about general prodcuts - gum, toothpaste, mouthwash. She provided all this information to me in a casual manner without me getting the feeling she was "cramming it down my throat". She came across as confident in what she was doing, and pleasnt to be around. Very friendly, extremely smart, and just pleasent to be around. She is a keeper!

I also like the email reminders and the use of newer technology. Some very cool tools and cameras make me feel like this is a proactive organization that is on top of things. Nice Job to the whole staff!

I was really scared to go to the dentist for my filling, since I hadn't had one before in my life. However, Dr. Kaveh and his assistants were so warm, welcoming and gentle that I was instantly relaxed, and stayed relaxed throughout my entire appointment! They are constantly making sure you are comfortable, which is a big plus for me when I'm at any doctor's office. Thank you Dr Kaveh and assistants!!!
